CellPay is a payment service powered by Cellcom Private Limited, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. CellPay provides digital payments and fund transfer services that use web and mobile channels to help you make payments directly from your bank account. CellPay uses international-level security to ensure you are always protected. The best way to understand CellPay is as a digital debit card. The only difference is that unlike a debit card CellPay cannot be lost or stolen from you, and you can link multiple bank accounts to your CellPay account. Currently, the CellPay service supports utility payments, merchant payments and fund transfer services.

· Insurance payment: Make hassle free payment to 15+ insurance companies in Nepal.

· Demat: Renew and subscribe to different Demat accounts.

· Government Payment: Pay for your traffic fine or can make any other government payment in Nepal.

· Movie Tickets: Buy movie tickets for your favourite show across most of the halls in Nepal.

· Bank Link: You can link your bank account across our partner banks and make hassle free transaction even faster.

Worst app ever. They list wrong numbers for customer service so you can get your money Beware a big scam.. I can wait to take them down on a bigger platform NBC and ABC is doing a story.

Not asking for much, might seems a bit cheap but can you please bring back the 4% topup? That extra 1% was huge reason a lot of people sticked to this app. With other major competitors already having 3%, theres no advantage for cellpay imo. Also, i miss the weekly topup % bumps , it was a huge reason i started impulse buying topups even if it was unnecessary, that features alone was what set apart Cellpay from other Digital wallet. -Avid user

I won't prefer this app in comparison with other online wallet apps like IME wallet, Khalti and E-sewa... Where we can load fund from any source like related agents, visa/ master card. CellPay... It's compulsory..... need mobile banking or e banking just to load funds from your bank account. It's better to have other options like other apps. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
